## Narrative

Employee placed a ladder on the right rear track of a D-11 R dozer. Employee climbed up the unsecured ladder and attempted to turn the fuel shutoff valve back on. The ladder slipped and the employee fell to the ground. Employee was taken off work for a lower lumbar strain and contusions to the left hip and back.
