## Narrative

The face & back had just been washed. The employee was in marking up the face & looked up when a clump of mud fell & hit the brim of hardhat & splashed into safety glasses, some getting into her left eye. She wiped the mud off her glasses & out of her eye. All felt great. The next morning her eye became irritated & painful. Went to doctor. RX issued. Full release. No days missed.
