Narrative

Employee was handling cable and strained his right shoulder. Worked for the next 8 days and went off due to pain in arm. Compensation denied his claim and after Multiple MRI's and further diagnosis the injury was related back to the injury on 10/29/11. This happened on 3/13/12.
