## Narrative

Employee was unloading a distribution box off of a utility belt ride by himself, felt pain in groin area. Cause is improper lifting procedures and not getting assistance, PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor. This person worked after the incident and now is off work for the injury as of 3/17/2012.
