Narrative

A roof fall was discovered by an examiner in the #2 entry of 6-Butt LT in the #2 Entry 800 feet outby the active 2-Southwest section. The fall measured 50-feet x 18-20 feet x 8-10 feet high. The roof was supported with 4-foot FG Resin Bolts on 4-Foot Centers.
