## Narrative

While employee (bolter operator) was installing a cable roof bolt, he accidentally caught the inner part of his left hand between the cable bolt wrench and the mine roof. This caused a cut between his thumb and index finger. He was taken to the hospital and had to have stitches to close the wound.
