Employee states while repairing the conveyor on a shuttle car, a co-worker was operating the car and rolling the conveyor backwards so the IE could examine the flights. One of the flights was missing a bolt, as it rolled around the sprocket, it swung out and struck employee in the face, causing a lip laceration and damage to two teeth.
