## Narrative

EE pulling discharge hose out of the back of a pick-up; ""felt"" tension when pulling; a 4"" coupler (male component)that was attached to the end of the discharge hose snagged on rope in back of pick-up; pulled harder; released and struck EE on the lower left lip causing a laceration. EE returned to work the same day.
