Narrative

Stated: Employee was attempting to climb onto FCT when his foot slipped. He came back down and landed on his left leg, twisting his ankle. He continued to work until 3/20/2012 when he sought medical treatment. He was diagnosed with a fracture of the left lateral malleolus and chronic degenerative changes.
