## Narrative

Employee was scrapping an old 475C Loader, cutting what's called a ""dog bone"" which supports the quick tach. When cut through, quick tach fell about 6"", pinning employee's left foot underneath. It smashed his steel toed boot and fractured four of his toes on his left foot. Scrapping metal was new to employee, mainly runs trim drill @ Charcoal.
