Narrative

On 3/16/12 the EE slipped while climbing from a scoop, striking his right chest area on the scoop tire. The EE continued to work and requested a follow-up exam. The exam. and x-ray on 3/26/12 showed a fracture to his right rib. The EE missed no work and continued performing regular duties.
