Employee was walking back to equipment when hauler approached intersection slidding in the mud and hitting the scoop inwhich struck employee into rib pinning him between canopy and rib.  Employee was Lifeflighted to Deaconess Downtown; treated for a fractured pelvis and shoulder, ruptured ear drum and artery.  Employee will be off work for an uncertain period of time.
