## Narrative

The operator of 8642 excavator, after spoiling material out of the drainage ditch he got out of the excavator cab to assist contract employees on the  ditch project, while on the ground dust particle got into his eye causing eye irritation.   After work he flushed out his right eye then went in to the mine clinic due to it being irritated.
