## Narrative

The EE was standing on a 41"" high conveyor frame using a torch to remove the walkway and handrails. The frame was positioned on the ground. While the EE was repositioning himself his foot slipped off the structure and went under on of the cross members. EE fell backwards, was upside down by 1 leg. EE sprained ankle and severe contusion to lower leg/sprained hip.
