Narrative

EE was grinding in the shop and he was wearing safety glasses and a welding helmet and he felt something go into his eye. He used Visine and thought it came out. A couple days later he told his supervisor he thought it was still in there and reported it to the safety manager. He then went to the eye doctor and medical doctor and had the material removed.
