Employee was hanging T-channel on the rib and he felt something pop in his left shoulder. He thought he would be Ok, but he continued to work since then, he went to the specialist and he recommended he have shoulder surgery. He had the surgery Tuesday the April 3rd, 2012. He is off work until able to return to his normal job.
