Narrative

Emp. was removing side liners on #4 Loesche Mill (Raw Mill) seal with 8mm allen wrench. While loosening bolt, wrench slipped causing emp. Rt. hand to strike edge of mill roll. Laceration approx. 3"" long required 14 stitches.
