## Narrative

Employee was attempting to get belt spindle out of splice by utilizing a claw hammer to hold spindle while using a mason hammer to strike head of claw hammer.  A piece of metal broke off and punctured right above left eye. He had surgery on March 29th to remove metal from the orbital socket of the left eye.
