## Narrative

After tightening motor mount bolts at the primary, employee was uncoupling an air line hose from the back of the mechanic's service truck, standing directly in front of the coupler (that was 55"" off the ground), when it released, the hose kicked back and up striking employee on the upper lip.  Resulted in laceration with 3 stitches & released to return to work without restriction.
