## Narrative

Employee was working day shift, and unknown of when it happened, foreign body got into his R. eye. He noticed that his eye had become irritated on his way home from work on the bus. He went to the eye doctor the next morning and FB & rust ring was removed. Employee rec'd a full release & no days missed.
