Narrative

The employee exited the cab of his haul truck, a strong gust of wind blew off his hard hat and safety glasses. The employee tried to catch his hat and glasses and a second gust of wind knocked the employee off balance, he then fell down the stairs of his haul truck hitting his right arm on the hand rail support causing a break in both bones of the right forearm.
