The technician slipped and fell on the ice on 12/6/11 landing on his tailbone after exiting his light vehicle. He reported the event to his supervisor at that time and continued his normal duties. On April 3, 2012 he was diagnosed with a compression fracture of L1 after complaining of soreness in that area.
