EE finished the cut in 8 and was moving the miner to 7. the ee backed the miner to the last open line and while gathering his cables using 2 ropes 1 rope had been removed from the boom the 2nd was still connected to the boom. the boom swung to the operators side and the employee began tramming the miner to the face of 7 the boom pinched his lower left leg into the rib
