## Narrative

An inundation of methane and hydrogen sulfide gases occurred in the Mains section, in the #93 x-cut between entries #3& #4 while the miner was cutting in the face and encountered a fault/void. A CMI was on the section and immediately issued a 103K order an began his investigation.
