Narrative

The employee has had biennial chest x-rays since 1999 which have historically been read negative for indications of occupational lung disease by a NIOSH certified B-reader. In 2012, Unimin changed B-readers and the new B-reader has read the employees most current & historical Unimin images as positive for occupational lung disease.
