Narrative

The injured was doing some spot bolting outby the face 1 break in the # 6 entry. The operator of the machine dropped the ATRS and moved up for the injured to spot another bolt. After the ATRS was set the injured was walking beside of the machine and a thin, sharp piece of draw rock fell from the roof and struck the victim on the ear.
