Employee reported on 11/13/2011 he was experiencing tightness and pain in his lower back. Employee continued to work but on 3/30/12 he stated that he had been having ongoing discomfort and was unable to work. Since there was no specific accident or injury, employee was sent for an evaluation and it was determined he meets the guidelines for cumulative/repetitive trauma.
