## Narrative

Employee and co-workers had just finished pulling slack for the continuous miner and loading machine. They were then moving the cable along with the continuous miner waterline to the rib and out of the roadway. As the injured employee lifted the water line and placed it on the rib the line ruptured. While attempting to get away from the water line, EE twisted right ankle.
