Employee twisted right ankle when stepping out of Contractor Truck. Employee did not seek treatment for two days and was back to work within two (2) days at full duty. Injury was not reported as it was uncertain at the time that this was a MSHA related claim; after speaking to MSHA it was determined that the injury should have been reported.
