## Narrative

While walking past the #1 belt take-up power pack a hydraulic hose burst causing hydraulic oil to spray on the EE. The EE was taken to the hospital where his eyes were cleaned and he was prescribed an antibiotic cream for his eyes. He was released to RTW on his next scheduled shift.
