## Narrative

Employee was working on a exploration drill rig.  He was steadying the lower end of a piece of drill casing as it was being threaded to casing that was already installed in drill hole.  As it was being lifted into place, the employees right hand got mashed between two pieces of casing.  He sustained a laceration, fracture and partial amputation to his right pinky finger.
