Employee was conducting a PM on 1318 End Dump in the shop. he was coming off the ladder from the deck above the engine compartment to the top of the transmission area. The 2nd step on the ladder broke loose on one side, causing him to fall off the ladder. diagnosis lumbar strained and do not return to work.
