Miner was descending stairs from valve platform after loading water truck. He did not pay attention to foot placement and placed his right foot half on and half off landing platform at bottom of stairs. As he stepped forward, his right ankle rolled off of side of landing platform, approx. 2"", and sprained right ankle.
