Narrative

Millwright was fabricating an oil pump base in the machine shop. He was working on a table, welding & grinding the base. When he rotated the base, the leg on one side slid off the table & the inside of the base fell about 3"", pinching his left hand small finger. He was wearing all his PPE. X-rays showed no broken bones. He was prescribed pain medication.
