## Narrative

Employee was washing the Bobcat when he slipped on the step mounted on the bucket and fell onto his shoulder. Employee sought medical treatment and was released to regular duty. He continued to experience pain and after additional medical evaluation was diagnosed with arthritis and ACL tear which required surgery. This is not a new incident.
