## Narrative

Millwright changing out a wet end of a zinc thickener underflow pump had some slurry drop onto their face and get in behind their safety glasses. Upon waking up for the next scheduled shift, the individual found irritation to the left eye which required grinding and extraction of a foreign material out of the left eye.
