## Narrative

Technician was making repairs to the rear axle of a CAT 769C truck. While carrying the rear axle from the rear to front of the machine, lost balance of axle and footing, stepping forward; right foot (toes) came down on the edge of the 6x6 wood blocking, resulting in closed fractures of metatarsals 3-5.
