Employee was traveling on the road on the way in, when the man trip hit a bump and employee hit his head on the canopy.  Employee thought he could work but came out before the end of shift wanting to go to the doctor.  Employee sustained a neck strain/sprain and was ordered to remain off work for an uncertain period of time.
