## Narrative

While lifting a belt roller to load in a uni-hauler, turned felt pain or a pop in lower back. He worked his next two scheduled days when scheduled to come back to work on the May 12th he called stating he could not work because of the injury. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
