## Narrative

Employee was climbing down from D8 dozer, he was facing machine using 3 point contact. He stepped onto the mid rail between the tracks his foot slipped off, he tried to catch himself his arm slipped through the bar and wedged under the fender causing the fracture. This employee's left hand was severely deformed in an accident a few years back and doesn't have a hand to grasp with.
