Narrative

EE was in the process of raising staging out of the cooler by hoisting them up with a rope. During the last lift, the staging caught the cooler wall and would not move. The ee was attempting to free the section of staging & when it had released, it came loose & the stored energy struck the ee's left thigh. He was evaluated on 5-17, rtw & given an immobilizer for his L knee.
