## Narrative

Employee was bolting w/jackleg, when a rock fell & pushed jackleg back, pinching finger between bolt & drill handle, resulted laceration. went to medic. Worked his next shift then went on days off. later, finger started to look like it was infected, went to ER. finger was cleaned out, x-ray showed a bone chip. Restrictions were issued, we can not accommodate. This is a LT injury
