Roof Fall on #3 Entry of 2-Southwest Section. Roof supported with 6-foot FG Resin Bolts and various lengths of cable bolts (10' - 12' - 16'). Ventilation was not disrupted. Slicken-sided roof was noted in the stack rock produced during the fall.
