## Narrative

Towards the end of 2nd Shift the North Skip got hung up in the scrolls damaging the hoist. This shut down creating an evacuation due to not having two escape ways to surface. The mine was evacuated with not injuries or other problems. The hoist was replace and returned to service by the next scheduled shift at 10:20 pm on 5/29/2012.
