Narrative

Employee was removing a steam exhaust fan (wt 200lbs) from duct work. As it was being lifted, it ""rolled"", the employee attempted to stabilize it and at this point his finger got caught between the fan motor and the hand railing. He was evaluated by a Physician, diagnosed with a fracture and is working with restrictions.
