Heart Attack EE slumped over steering wheel and pushed the bucket controls forward and tilting it down stopping it. A customer seen it happen and notified us and that he was an EMT. CPR was given and a defibrillator was used, we shocked him 4 times and his heart started. EE had heart surgery 5/29/12 and is to make a full recovery no brain damage.
