EE reported on 6/3/12 that his boot was rubbing on his leg causing a spot to become infected. He claims he did not have the proper ""boot"" socks on & boot was rubbing his calf/shin area on the side of L.leg. There were no chemicals, no shotcrete,no For. Bodies involved in this.
