On 6/2/12 the hoist car malfunctioned for a period of time that exceeded 30 minutes. While attempting to pull feeder and flat car out of slope portal, (2) 8"" pieces of channel broke loose from the rear of the car as well as some damage to the coupling. No injuries were reported. The car was put back in service on 6/4/12.
