Reported that the #1 elevator was running on inspection speed and was stopping high on the bottom landing. Elevator was taken out of service at 8:00 a.m. Schindler arrived for service and replaced brushes in the regulator and made adjustments to the compounding. No ind. were on the elevator and repairs were completed and the elevator back in service at 9:30a.m. on 6/4/12.
