## Narrative

IEE was removing piping from the Precip. area.  Another employee was on the Broderson putting the out riggers down.  While doing so, one of the out riggers was placed on top of IEE's right foot causing a fracture requiring surgery. He fell to the ground striking his left thumb causing a laceration. First day of lost time is 6/19/12.
